Caroline resides in Upstate New York, where she is employed as an environmental geologist. Her writing, poetry, and photography are all heavily influenced by human emotion, faith, and nature. She enjoys performing her poetry at local open mics and poetry readings. Caroline has had her poetry recently published in ALTARWORK; The Society of Classical Poets; Up the River Journal; 50 Haikus; Faith, Hope and Fiction; Westward Quarterly; and The Faithful Creative. Her creative non-fiction is forthcoming in ALTARWORK. Though her photography has been displayed at small local features, Barren is her first publication credit for images.
