Christine Owens is a self-taught poet and photographer and has been creating on and off for over 40 years. Her first honorable mention in poetry was for Ohio Poetry Day as a teenager. Recently taking up the pen again, she has been published in A Poet’s Picnic chapbook, WeArtFriends International Poetry Tournament 2018: Anthology of Winning Poems, and Black Bough Poems. Her photography has been published in print and online in Cottage Life, Pennsylvania, From Whispers to Roars, Barren and Re-Side. She readily describes her style as eclectic.
