This is the first sentence

• If you forget to clock in or clock out, please remember to do a “Time exception” in trajecsys. If you clocked in but not out – do not clock out AND do a time exception….just do a time exception.
• Try to get your preceptor to do both your check off sheet and your trajecsys check off, it’s part of their responsibility as a preceptor, don’t be afraid to ask!
• Affective site evaluations should be done for the site BEFORE leaving each site.
• Remember if you check in on your phone to make sure GPS is enabled.
• CI should do affective eval every 4 weeks.
• Each student should do a CI eval every 4 weeks.
• Do preceptor evals when you are almost finished with a site.
• Call CI if you have an unavoidable reason that requires you to miss clinics. Email me as well.
• If there is an emergency at clinics you may call me. If I do not answer, call Susan.
• PPE- All hospitals require you to be masked up upon entry. Then follow their PPE guidelines for patient encounters. A PPE sheet will be emailed to all of you.
